I had a very unpleasant stay at this motel. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I needed assistance late at night, she told me not to press the help button because she was sleeping inside and didn’t want to be disturbed. She even made a threatening comment about letting go of me from my room if I did. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry. When I went to inform her that the plugs in my room didn’t work, she dismissed my concern, saying, “Those are add-ons; they will not work.” It was extremely frustrating, as basic amenities like working plugs should be standard. The room itself was in terrible condition. The turntable inside the microwave was broken, the plugs didn’t work, and everything felt outdated and poorly maintained. It’s clear that this motel needs serious upgrades and better customer service training for their staff. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money somewhere else where they actually value their guests.

The manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He served breakfast early when he found we had a meeting at 7:30. The last morning there was an elderly (87 yrs.) gentleman using a walker. He helped him get breakfast and then tried to help him get oriented to where he was wanting to go. The man probably should not have been driving at all and more so by himself. What a great manager!

Great for a quick stay
We weren’t there much as a family to basically stay while traveling on the road. It’s a great little hotel and would stay there again. Front desk manager was very polite and courteous. We were a bit bummed that the hot tub was out of order while we were there. Overall a great little hotel.

Blizzard stay
It was a good place for what I needed. I needed a warm bed & a hot shower. I wasn’t planning on stopping on the way to Colorado but the weather had other plans for me.
